Using IndieTap App

You can get the IndieTap app from your phone's app store:

You can also enter your 10 digit mobile on our mobile page to get the download the link on your mobile phone.

We upgrade the IndieTap app from time to time to enhance speed and performance on all devices.
You can update your IndieTap app by visiting your phone's app store.

Note- You do not need to remove or uninstall your IndieTap app in order to update it.

Your phone's Location Services (or Location/GPS) needs to be enabled in order to book an Indietap Professional and track your service professional after booking.
You can turn on the Location Services (or Location/GPS) from the Settings in your phone.

Book Now with Indietap You need immediate service, and wish to Book an Indie Tap SP as soon as possible
Book Later with Indietap You wish to schedule a professional at a time of your choosing.
Providing a service address Your service address will be displayed through GPS on SPs mobile. However, you may provide specific instructions to SP to help find the location.
Track your service Professional Your App shows a close Approximate location of the SP.
Visiting Charges There is a facilitation charge for every visit that must be paid, irrespective of the specific work being done or not.

Cancellation Fee A specified cancellation fee will be charged if service is cancelled more than 15 minutes after booking.
Service Charges Specific service charges will be determined at time of visit by the service provider. Service charges are separate from Visiting charges, and any bill for materials used / purchased will be provided by Service provider

Paying in Cash User will pay Cash to Service Provider for Visitation and any other services provided
Paying with Credit/Debit Card User may book service online and pay by Credit / Debit card. Visitation charges will be debited upon booking. All Service Charges will be paid through App, once anount is fixed.
)Paying with e Wallet User May book with e wallet. Visitation charges will be debited upon booking. All Service Charges May be paid through e wallet once amount is fixed.
